PROGRAM LOCATION DETAILS

The Banyan Vacation Retreat
Makawao, Maui   Hawaii

Join us for a marvelous cooking retreat and vacation at The Banyan Vacation Retreat, a classic Hawaii pineapple plantation home and cottages located in upcountry Maui, near the historic Hawaiian towns of Pa’ia and Makawao.  You’ll enjoy the Banyan’s spacious accommodations, private 50 foot swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and two beautifully landscaped acres with 100+ year old Banyan and Monkey Pod trees.

Upcountry Maui is truly for those who want to escape the commercial areas of Maui and experience the peace and tranquility of the “local” lifestyle. Banyan Vacation Retreat is located just 15 minutes from the beautiful North Shore swimming and surfing beaches and the plantation town of Paia.  Makawao town is in walking distance and filled with numerous restaurants, shops and galleries.  The South Shore, just 30-45 minutes driving time offers swimming beaches at Kihei, Wailea and Makena.  Click here for Photos of the Banyan Vacation Retreat
