You will be given an address to send your deposit (check or money order) along with your address, phone number and e-mail address, your program selection and preferred room accommodations. Room accommodations will be reserved by The Conscious Gourmet, however, you will need a credit card upon check-in for your room charges. Your enrollment will be confirmed by e-mail unless requested otherwise. A program packet of information will be e-mailed to you upon receipt of your registration fee.
